They would feel energy. They would feel positivism. They would see happy learners.
Tell about a successful behavior management strategy you have used in the past that helped engage a pupil or group of pupils?
Find out what the class REALLY enjoys i.e:. cartoons, movies, drawing, candy. Give that as a reward and take that away to correct bad behavior.
What are the key qualities and skills that students look for in teachers?
Positivism. If you have a positive attitude even when you have to discipline, learners are more at ease and will be less afraid to speak.
Patience. If learners know you are patient they will be less afraid to ask you questions.
Routine. If student know what is happening in the classroom they are more likely engage in classroom activities.
